It is an instrument that can be added as a new measurement device concept (12-channel temperature measurement unit, reflow chamber, wind speed, and oxygen concentration sensor) to measure core temperature, with a basic 6-channel unit. Additionally, other equipment in the soldering process can be managed, such as DIO checkers and reflow oven simulators.
Features
The required functions for the core unit (6-channel temperature measurement) can be freely added and configured.
A 12-channel wireless LAN unit is available for temperature measurement, oxygen concentration, camera, wind speed, and vibration required in the reflow process.
The dedicated system program displays oxygen concentration, wind speed, and camera images on the same screen.
Profile condition settings are easily configured through the profile creation support function.
Powered by commonly available AAA batteries, making them easy to replace and cost-effective.
Wireless data exchange is enabled through the adoption of the BLUETOOTH system.
